This Privacy Policy explains how Bytecly collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit bytecly.com, submit a project inquiry, email us, or discuss our software, automation, AI, and digital product services.

This policy is written for the current public website implementation, which uses consent-gated Google Analytics. If Bytecly adds advertising pixels, account features, payment processing, or client portals, this policy should be updated before those features go live.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, company name, email address, project type, budget range, timeline, message content, and confirmation that you agree to be contacted.

We may also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request metadata, IP-derived rate limiting information, browser or device information, and server logs.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to project inquiries and communicate with you about potential work.
  • Understand the type of service you are interested in, such as SaaS development, AI solutions, automation, or custom software.
  • Send contact-form inquiries to Bytecly by email through our email delivery provider.
  • Protect the contact endpoint from spam, abuse, and automated submissions.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and our business processes.
  • Comply with legal, security, accounting, or contractual obligations.

Contact Form Delivery

The contact form validates submissions in the browser and on the server. Valid submissions are sent to Bytecly by email through Resend using the email address you provide as the reply-to address.

The website does not store project inquiries in an application database. Copies may remain in Bytecly email systems, backups, logs, and business records for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.

How We Share Information

  • Service providers that help us operate the website, deliver email, host infrastructure, secure systems, or support business operations.
  • Professional advisers, such as legal, tax, accounting, or security advisers, when needed.
  • Authorities or other parties when required to comply with law, protect rights, prevent abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
  • A successor organization if Bytecly is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

No Sale of Personal Information

Based on the current website implementation, Bytecly does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website does not load Google Analytics until you accept it in the cookie banner; if you decline or take no action, no analytics scripts load and nothing is sent to Google, and advertising or marketing cookies are never mounted. We use limited browser storage to remember your consent choice. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, managing business relationships, maintaining records, resolving disputes, improving security, and meeting legal obligations.

You can ask us to delete or update information by contacting hello@bytecly.com. We may need to keep certain information where required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business recordkeeping needs.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or information about how your personal information is used. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

To make a privacy request, contact hello@bytecly.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

International Visitors

Bytecly works with clients remotely and globally. Your information may be processed in countries where Bytecly or its service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Children

The website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, services, vendors, or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new last updated date.
